बाबा साहेब डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर के परिनिर्वाण दिवस पर लखनऊ में एक श्रद्धांजलि सभा आयोजित की गई। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता डॉक्टर अंबेडकर संवैधानिक महासंघ के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष और किसान कांग्रेस के प्रदेश महासचिव राजेश कुमार सिद्धार्थ ने की। बड़ी संख्या में उपस्थित जनसमुदाय को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने बाबा साहेब के विचारों, संवैधानिक दर्शन और वर्तमान सामाजिक परिस्थितियों पर विस्तृत और गंभीर विचार व्यक्त किया।
A tribute meeting was organized in Lucknow on the occasion of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar’s Mahaparinirvan Diwas. The program was presided over by Rajesh Kumar Siddharth, National President of the Dr. Ambedkar Constitutional Federation and State General Secretary of Kisan Congress. Addressing the large gathering, he reflected deeply on Babasaheb’s ideology, constitutional values, and contemporary social challenges.
**“6 दिसंबर केवल स्मरण नहीं, बल्कि संकल्प का दिन है”

राजेश कुमार सिद्धार्थ ने कहा कि 6 दिसंबर भारतीय समाज के लिए केवल श्रद्धांजलि का दिन नहीं, बल्कि आत्मावलोकन का क्षण भी है। उन्होंने कहा कि बाबा साहेब का जीवन भारत की सबसे बड़ी सामाजिक क्रांति का प्रतीक है और आज देश को उनकी विचारधारा की पहले से अधिक आवश्यकता है।
He stated that December 6 is not just a day of tribute but also a moment for introspection. Babasaheb’s life, he added, represents the greatest social revolution in Indian history, and the nation needs his ideology now more than ever.
**जाति आधारित भेदभाव आज भी गंभीर चुनौती
Caste-Based Discrimination Still a Major Challenge**
अपने संबोधन में राजेश कुमार सिद्धार्थ ने कहा कि देश आज भी जाति आधारित भेदभाव की कठोर सच्चाई का सामना कर रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि अनेक स्थानों पर आज भी व्यक्ति की योग्यता, सम्मान, नौकरी, पदोन्नति और भविष्य जाति के आधार पर तय होता है, जो संविधान की मूल भावना के विपरीत है।
Siddharth highlighted that India continues to struggle with the harsh reality of caste-based discrimination. In many parts of the country, he said, a person’s dignity, job, promotion, and opportunities are still determined by caste—an approach contradictory to the spirit of the Constitution.
उन्होंने कहा कि बाबा साहेब का सपना था कि भारत ऐसा समाज बने जहाँ सिर्फ जन्म नहीं, बल्कि कर्म और योग्यता ही मूल्यांकन का आधार हो।
He emphasized that Babasaheb envisioned an India where one’s worth is determined not by birth but by merit and conduct.
**“संविधान केवल कानून नहीं, सामाजिक क्रांति का दस्तावेज है”
“The Constitution Is Not Just Law, It Is a Document of Social Revolution”**
राजेश कुमार सिद्धार्थ ने कहा कि बाबा साहेब द्वारा निर्मित भारतीय संविधान शासन व्यवस्था का ढांचा भर नहीं है, बल्कि समानता, न्याय और स्वतंत्रता का महान ग्रंथ है।
He observed that the Constitution framed by Dr. Ambedkar is not merely an administrative framework but a monumental document of justice, equality, and liberty.
उन्होंने कहा कि संविधान का आधारभूत सिद्धांत यह है कि राजा और सामान्य नागरिक दोनों समान हैं—और इसी सिद्धांत पर आधुनिक भारत की नींव रखी गई है।
He added that the foundational principle of the Constitution—that the ruler and the common citizen are equal—is the bedrock of modern India.
**“जाति तोड़ो, समाज जोड़ो”—मुख्य संदेश
“Break Caste, Unite Society” — The Core Message**
सिद्धार्थ ने बाबा साहेब का संदेश दोहराते हुए कहा कि जब तक समाज जातिगत सोच से मुक्त नहीं होगा, तब तक वास्तविक समानता और सामाजिक समरसता स्थापित नहीं हो सकती।
Siddharth reiterated Babasaheb’s message that true equality and social harmony cannot be achieved until caste-based attitudes are eliminated.
उन्होंने लोगों से अपील की कि परिवार, समाज और कार्यस्थलों पर जातिवाद के हर रूप का विरोध करें और शिक्षा व संवैधानिक मूल्यों को बढ़ावा दें।
He urged people to oppose caste-based discrimination in families, society, and workplaces, and to promote education and constitutional values.
**युवा पीढ़ी को अंबेडकरवादी विचारधारा से जोड़ने पर बल
Importance of Connecting Youth with Ambedkarite Ideology**
अपने वक्तव्य में उन्होंने कहा कि युवा पीढ़ी यदि संवैधानिक अधिकारों और समानता की भावना को सही रूप में समझेगी, तभी सामाजिक परिवर्तन की गति तेज होगी।
He noted that societal change will accelerate only when the youth genuinely understand constitutional rights and the principles of equality.

कार्यक्रम के अंत में राजेश कुमार सिद्धार्थ ने कहा कि बाबा साहेब को सच्ची श्रद्धांजलि वही होगी जब समाज संविधान में निहित समानता, न्याय और स्वतंत्रता के सिद्धांतों को व्यवहार में लाए।
In conclusion, Siddharth stated that the true tribute to Dr. Ambedkar is to bring equality, justice, and liberty—enshrined in the Constitution—into everyday practice.
उन्होंने कहा कि उनका संगठन सामाजिक समरसता, शिक्षा, संवैधानिक अधिकारों और जाति उन्मूलन की दिशा में निरंतर संघर्ष करता रहेगा।
He affirmed that his organization will continue working towards social harmony, education, constitutional rights, and the eradication of caste discrimination.
